Paul Cascio is Founder and the Managing Partner of 3S Advisors, LLC.
Prior to founding 3S Advisors, Paul served as a General Partner at Brantley Partners, a private equity firm founded in 1987 with approximately $400 million of committed capital under management. In this capacity, Paul was the lead investor in numerous companies partnering with management to create and recognize incremental equity value that was created during the investment cycle. Prior to joining Brantley in 1996, Paul was a Managing Director and Head of the General Industrial Manufacturing and Services Group at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc, where he completed public and private debt and equity and M&A transactions for industrial, consumer product, and health care companies.
It’s this combined leadership and experience that led him to the creation of 3S Advisors in January 2010 and set him on a path to help dozens of businesses grow and succeed.
